Your Questions About Las Vegas Tv Show
Where can I find a link to the las vegas jailhouse clip of the crazy lady that is strapped down?
I originally saw this on the Soup (probably last summer) but I was reminded of it today and I’m trying to track it down. Its from the show Las Vegas Jailhouse and its a lady strapped to a chair being wheeled around and shes just yelling funny stuff “I’m never coming to jail in las vegas again…take to me to L.A.!”
What is happening with the TV series Las Vegas?
It was left up in the air as ( to be continued ). It is one of my favourite shows.
It got canceled before they had a chance to do a real finale. They were supposed to tie things up with Danny and Delinda by having them walk by with their baby in the background of some show or another that takes place in Vegas…CSI maybe? I don’t know if they ever did it, though.

Do you think Las Vegas, NV is more of a Sin City than any other popular city in the world?
I live in Vegas and have met people from every where. The general consensus is that Vegas is the place to go if you want to be bad. But, living here (since I was 12 years old) just seems like a regular city with bad traffic, crime and politics. I watch TV and see how it is shown. I even go to the clubs featured on the travel shows. I definitely understand the allure, but, I’ve also partied in New York, San Francisco, Miami and Mexico. I loved every place I went to. Las Vegas just seems to hold that extra fantasy and I was wondering if you could tell me exactly what it is.
They probably call Las Vegas, “Sin City” because it entices.
What is there to do in Las Vegas for college students majoring in Television and Radio Production?
I am a college professor who will be attending the BEA/NAB conference in a couple weeks (April 17-22). I will be attending the conference with four students who are either graduating in May or will be graduating shortly. There are many thing occurring during the convention to keep them occupied but I was wondering if there are any events or attractions that would be of interest to college students in general as well as to students interested in these fields? What are some things for them to do while we are there? What would you guys recommend? Thanks in advance for any help that you can give me.
If you call around to the various hotels, you should be able to get a back stage tour of some of the shows. Most of the hotels are usually pretty cool about this. Also many of the TV/Radio stations in town are usually pretty cool about tours.
As for night life, everything that was mentioned was fine.
What places have you traveled to in the United States and out of the States?
Out of body experiences are not included, drug induced mind traveling is not included, and sitting in front of your TV watching the Travel Channel is definitely not included. Real travel interacting with real people. Also, dreams aren’t included either so don’t try it.
I’m from Grand Rapids, Michigan – every summer me and my friends make the trip to Sandusky, Ohio to visit Cedar Point. I’ve traveled to the upper peninsula to view the Soo Locks, climb Castle Rock, and see the Tahquamenon Falls & walk across the Mackinac Bridge on Labor Day weekend. I’ve road tripped with a friend as we drove to Nashau, New Hampshire (going thru Pennsyvania and New York). I’ve been to New York City for a 24 hour period when I was a guest on the Rikki Lake show. I’ve driven with family and friends to Fort Myers, Florida (Sanibel Island is beautiful) and visited the 3 major theme parks there (Disney, Busch Gardens, and Universal Studios), so we traveled thru Indiana, Kentucky (saw Mamouth Cave and Big Bone Lick State Park), Tennesee (stayed at a hotel on top of Lookout Mountain), Georgia and Alabama. Plus I have been to Las Vegas (twice) and can not wait to return!! If given a choice in traveling, I would chose driving over taking an airplane – there is so much more to experience.

How Does Criss Angel Do All Those Illisions?
Im watching it right now, and he levitated of like a 20 story place, and then landed..! He also levitated off the Luxor Light in Las Vegas, 500 ft in the air and the light can burn ur skin in mili seconds.. its crazy! Can someone please explain this to me?
Criss Angel is what we call a highly trained illusionist, escape artist and magician. Very few people have the abilities, aptitudes or mental stability to perform such difficult acts. Criss Angel, David Copperfield and Harry Houdini all are very rare and highly skilled. As for Harry Houdini, I remember he once said that the torture he had to put himself through would blow any normal person’s mind. In essence, any normal person would give up even attempting such feats. But, people like Angel, Houdini and Copperfield seem to be the type of people who feed off of their fear and turn it into art. Obviously, Houdini placed himself under huge amounts of fear and torture, so that he would not be afraid when performing nearly impossible tricks nor be nervous when things got tough. Most people don’t realize just how dangerous some of these tricks are.
As for Criss Angel levitating, he has shown once before how he does it a few feet off the floor. However, when he levitated off the Luxor Light in Las Vegas, you have to remember that this too was highly dangerous. Also, remember, it is an illusion and probably had to do with cables and playing tricks on the eyes of the spectators. Not only that, but a lot of it has to do with camera tricks when you’re watching him on TV. If you ask me, his most impressive tricks are his escapes, which aren’t easy to say the least. Alas! Criss Angel is the Harry Houdini of our time, and not everyone who aspires to that level attains it.
